The 68th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Surgery of the Hand will be held onsite at PACIFICO YOKOHAMA NORTH.
- ※There will be no LIVE streaming during the onsite conference.
- ※On-demand streaming of each program (excluding some) will be available after the conference period.
- ※By registering, you will have access to both the onsite event and the on-demand streaming after the conference period.

- * Students/Initial medical residents are eligible for those who are not Members or associate members and who are enrolled at a university medical school.
- * The participation fee is non-refundable for any reason after payment has been made.
- * The following categories of participants are required to submit the necessary documents at the time of registration
- - The 37th Annual meeting of Japan hand therapy society participants: a copy of the payment confirmation email sent after payment of the participation fee for the Hand Therapy Conference.

In exchange for presenting the confirmation email of your registration or the PDF receipt, we will provide you with your name card and certificate of attendance. - - Certificates of attendance for on-site participation will be attached to your name card.
- - Certificates of attendance for web participation (on-demand streaming) can be issued via the registration system (e-casebook) during the following period.
- - Receipts can be issued via the registration system (e-casebook) during the following period.
